Ayurveda.. is the longest practiced health care system in the world.

Ayurveda is environmentally conscious living from the inside out.

Ayurveda is a holistic system of health care and daily well being. Being healthy is more than the absence of disease. Good health is a reflection of each and every day. Ayurveda provides us with a window into each individual's changing imbalances throughout their lives, showing us the early warning signs of disease before development. Ayurvedic treatment is individualized and may include dietary, lifestyle, spiritual, herbal and physical therapies. Ayurveda integrates well with Allopathic medicine and specializes in chronic and long term conditions.

Are you Healthy?

It is common for us to believe that if we are not sick then we are healthy. We so often overlook early warning signs for years by the time the we seek help, the disease is near or at its last stage and is often difficult to manage.

Signs of Imbalance:

  • Not feeling hungry before a meal.

  • Not feeling well rested and energetic.

  • Do you feel happy and excited when you wake up in the morning?

  • Insufficient energy and up and down levels of energy during the day.

  • Do you overeat and snack or are constantly feeling the need to eat?

  • Do you have enough energy and commitment to routine to exercise 3 times a week lightly?
